I spent an hour doing a survey worth 700 points at the beginning of September, I have chased them for the points and finally heard back on 04/10/2010 to say that they could confirm I had done it and they would contact the project manager about my points-It is now 26/10/2010 and I have yet to be credited my points or even received a reply to any of the 4 emails I have sent since! I am actually very angry as 700 points is alot and yet they are just ignoring my emails, even after confirming I had done it! Why don’t they credit my points or at least reply!!!

I have been a member of lightspeed for probably over a year regularly completing surveys every week.
Suddenly my name and email address seems to have been deleted. I am not receiving any of your surveys or any communication. Also I obviously accrued a number of points which were never cashed in!
There has been a period that I have not been responding to surveys due to serious illness and then a major surgical operation. However I have not been kicked off the site such as Ipsos!
Please would you advise me of the position or is this whole thing a con?
    Thank you for your attention.

I have had the same problem as Jane Webb above. I was a member of Lightspeed Panel for 18 months+ but suddenly I stopped receiving surveys. I didn’t notice straight away. When I did, I went online to the site and saw everything had changed. I was never informed of any changes. Now I am unable to log in, despite having outstanding points. I have been emailing Emma since February (as per instructions on the site) but she is obviously incompetent. Not only does she only reply to one email in every 5 or 6 that I send but she refuses to tell me what’s going on. Her 1st reply asked me to confirm some personal details which I did immediately and heard nothing more. After chasing numerous more times I got another email from her saying please follow the instructions I was sent. However I have not received any instructions. I have explained that to her a number of times! And if it was that straight forward then why didn’t she just cut & paste the instructions into her own email when she replied? Why can’t someone tell me what’s going on?

Many entrepreneurs have to learn and apply skills related to internet marketing simply because they cannot afford to pay someone to do it for them. Unfortunately, this takes time and time is money after all. By dedicating too much time to doing SEO for your businees, you might be neglecting other very important aspects that are needed for your business to succeed.SEO Vietnam posted this awesome article >> Google is indexing Facebook comments
